Returns:

We kindly inform our customers that returns are exclusively applicable for orders that were shipped with incorrect fabric, color, or damaged goods. To initiate a return, please ensure that the fabric remains in its original condition, with no washing, cutting, or alterations made. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process.

Refunds: 
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm its arrival. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Should your return be approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment or credited to your credit card. We strive to facilitate a timely refund process for our valued customers.
