BH LINEN is focused on customer satisfaction. However we know that sometimes issues can occur during a purchase. If you are experiencing any problem with your order and wish to return or apply for a refund, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your items.

Returns:
Returns are ONLY available for orders shipped with the wrong fabric, color, or damaged goods. Please return the fabric in its original condition (unwashed, uncut and unaltered).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
