After some initial test printing (linoleum blocks with textile pigments), I am obsessed with this sageish natural linen. The weight is perfect. It has a warmer tone and tighter weave than the natural linen I have been using. I'll be ordering more for making wall hangings and my bento-style bags.
Ideal Weight: Not too heavy or see-through, perfect for trousers. Easy to Handle: Cuts and sews straight without twisting or shifting. Comfort/Care: Breathes well like linen but wrinkles less and washes easily. recommendation: preshrink prior to sewing
Fabric is amazing. I was expecting this color to pull a little more yellow but will still be beautiful for a bag I am making for my daughter.
I wasn’t sure what kind of quality I’d get since it was my first time buying but I took a chance on this heavier, higher quality linen to use as a backing for my rug hooking project (to be a throw pillow). Well it’s the most beautiful linen I’ve ever seen! It’s easy to pull warp and weft to get a perfect square on grain, very long staple, no slubs. So soft and squishy! I will definitely buy more for many upcoming projects! 5 stars!!

Bought my linen cotton blend fabric to be custom printed on at LA Print Lab. The fabric delivered on the roll as specified to the printer. Reasonable shipping fee from BH LINEN to the printer. All done expeditiously and perfect!

This gauze is so light and airy while still feeling sturdy and durable! Perfect for creating flowing summer garments. And at a great price too. I am very happy with the purchase!
If I could give this 10 stars I would. This linen is fabulous! The feel, the drape, the color, the quality are all top notch. I will be using this to recreate some scenes, with crewel embroidery, from the Bayeux Tapestry. The fabric has a very rich look. I think, due to the drape, that it will be very easy to work with for my purpose. I only wish more colors were available in this.
I ordered 3 types of linen. This white one was much more stiff and rough feeling. It will serve my purpose for crewel work. It seems much heavier than the the three though they were all the same. It may be perfect for aprons, bags, coveralls, etc. However it IS noticeably stiffer. The white is very white which is nice.
The fabric is beautiful with a gorgeous weave and wonderful drape for the weight. I plan to use it for crewel embroidery. 10.5 oz has a nice solid feel to it. It will stand up to heavy crewel.
Beautiful fabric - we are using it to make curtains for a camper van conversion we are doing, and my wife will also make a skirt from some of it as well.

First the fabric photo is very true to colour. The weave is strong enough to make it work. Colours are lovely. A perfect choice.
The color is more butter than eggshell, but the soft feel and thickness of the fabric is absolutely beautiful!

Fabric is beautiful but the color does not look like the photo. I would describe it as dark fuschia.
